Our Veteran Service Officers (VSO) are nationally accredited to counsel and assist Veterans and their families with service-connected disability claims, VA pension claims, Veteran burial benefits, education benefits, home loan guarantees, healthcare eligibility and appeals within Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey
Our Veteran Service Officers hold an in-depth knowledge of the Veterans Affairs (VA) compensation and entitlement process and are available to assist Veterans with completing required federal paperwork applications and obtaining documents needed. Veterans themselves, our VSO’s work one-on-one with Veterans to establish a strong working relationship and provide support while guiding them through the process of filing.

The Veterans Multi-Service Center was proud to announce the ONeill Award. This award honors the legacy of Jack ONeill, a valued board member and advocate for veterans and union workers. Our 2024 recipient is Mark Lynch, IBEW Local 98 Business Manager. Lynch has demonstrated outstanding service, leadership, and commitment to his peers, workplace, and community. From his leadership in Local Union 98 to his dedication to supporting Veterans, we were honored to present the ONeill Award to Mark Lynch at the VMC Golf Outing 2024.
