 Philadelphia has ENDED Veteran Homelessness

The saying "blood, sweat, tears" doesn't even begin to describe the true emotion behind our grueling effort to END Veteran Homelessness in the City of Philadlephia.

Thursday, December 17th, Mayor Michael Nutter was joined by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro to make the official announcement that we have reached our goal.

Because of your support, together, we have changed the course of history and given momentum and ultimate success to a feat many thought impossible.

We are so proud to have been at the forefront in accomplishing this goal... but still, there is much more to be done!

We will continue our hard work to ensure sustainability for Veterans who have returned home, as well as expand our efforts to serve Veterans and families throughout PA, Southern NJ and Delaware!

ONWARD,

-The VMC

P.S. Want to help continue these efforts?  Support a local Veteran today.

"I am the wife of a Viet Nam Veteran. My husband started going to PVMSEC 10 years ago for help. No mere words could ever express how much his life and in turn our family life has changed for the better in those years. I am and always will be grateful for the wonderful care he has received at the Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service Center & Education Center."
