We are happy to finally announce that the VMC was selected by the Bush Institute as one of the top 25 non-profits nationally, out of 46,000 possible non-profits, to be utilized as a model of those successfully serving those who have served.

Today, VMC’s Executive Director, Tim Williams, is at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas for the Military Service Initiative’s second national Summit in support of veterans and military families. The VMC, along with other leaders from the nonprofit, private, and philanthropic sectors, were invited to the summit to explore how non-profits and philanthropy can better serve post-9/11 veterans and military families.  The summit will even spotlight the top 25 nonprofits serving veterans, including the VMC, as organizations that best align funding with outcomes

We are proud to be recognized for delivering measurable results, but more importantly, we are honored that we are able serve those who served.

"I am the wife of a Viet Nam Veteran. My husband started going to PVMSEC 10 years ago for help. No mere words could ever express how much his life and in turn our family life has changed for the better in those years. I am and always will be grateful for the wonderful care he has received at the Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service Center & Education Center."
