Tim 150x150Tim Williams – Executive Director

Tim Williams is a retired Army Special Forces Colonel with over thirty years of active duty service.  Tim is a combat wounded Veteran and holds the Combat Infantryman’s badge with Star with service in DESERT SHIELD/STORM, Somalia and multiple tours in Iraq.  He has extensive service throughout Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the Central Asia States. Tim joined the Veteran’s Multi-Service Center as the Executive Director in September 2014.  He has Masters degrees from Louisiana State University, the University of Canberra in Australia and the United States Army War College, and is a member of the Arkansas Veterans Hall of Fame.

Lincoln 150x150Lincoln Strehle – Deputy Executive Director, Business Operations

The son of a Vietnam Veteran and grandson of a WWII Veteran, Lincoln started his career at VMC in 2003 after completing his BS degree in Management Information Systems at Cabrini University. Lincoln oversees business operations including: finances, grants/foundation support, human resources, and information technology. In 2011, Lincoln received the U.S. Small Business Administration Eastern Pennsylvania Veteran Advocate of the Year award and currently serves as Secretary on the Philadelphia Veterans Parade Board of Directors.

CharlieForshee 150x150Charlie Forshee - Deputy Executive Director, Services

Charlie Forshee is a retired Army Infantry Lieutenant Colonel with over twenty-one years of active duty service. Charlie holds the Combat Infantryman's badge with Star for service as an infantryman in Operation Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He has extensive service throughout Europe and the Middle East. Prior to coming to this organization, Charlie worked seven years overseas as a program and portfolio manager of several contracted military assistance programs. Charlie joined the Veteran's Multi-Service Center as the Director of Regional Supportive Services in May, 2016. He has Masters of Military Arts and Science degree from the Command and General Staff College, School of Advanced Military Studies and a Bachelor's of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY.

Kathleen Salerno – Director of Housing

Kathleen is responsible for VMC’s housing programs and homeless services, including program development and implementation.  Kathleen also serves as a member on the City of Philadelphia’s Continuum of Care “McKinney Strategic Committee”, providing planning and oversight on all of the City’s homeless funding and projects.  Prior to becoming the Director of Housing, Kathleen was in charge of VMC's Employment and Training programs with responsibilities for training development and program coordination.  Kathleen has been a member of the VMC staff since 1993.

Trish 150x150Patricia Burke – Director of Business Management

Trish began her career at VMC in 2001. In 2012, she assumed the role of Director of Business Management, responsible for financial operations as well as internal controls. Her duties also include human resources, banking and insurance.

 

Debby Derricks - Director of Development

Debby serves the organization in a dual capacity by managing communications and development efforts, specifically, event management and corporate partnerships. Her past work includes political campaign management, communications consulting and strategic marketing. She holds a BA in Political Science and Psychology from New York University and a Certificate in Politics from the University of Pennsylvania.

 Ryan McGoldrick – Director of Regional Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF)

Ryan has worked to provide services to Military and Veterans communities in the Tri-State area for over a decade. She joined the Veterans Multi-Service Center in 2014 as the Program Manager for VMC operations in Southern New Jersey and Delaware. In 2017, Ryan began to oversee the VMC’s regional SSVF Programs, encompassing 27 counties across Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. Ryan holds a BS in Communications from Kutztown University.
